A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • Advance payment or full payment is completed
  • You receive confirmation via email/WhatsApp

Until confirmation, prices and availability may change.

2.2 Documents Required

Depending on the package, you may need:

  • Valid passport
  • Government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
  • Visa documents
  • Covid vaccination or related documents (if required by destination)

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Customers must provide accurate personal details for all travellers.
Incorrect information may result in:

  • Booking failure
  • Denied boarding
  • Penalties charged by airlines/hotels

Vrutalaya Tourism is NOT responsible for such issues.

3. Payment Policy

3.1 Advance & Final Payment

  • For domestic or international tours, a minimum advance payment is required.
  • Full payment must be made before ticket issuance or hotel confirmation.
  • All payments must be made via approved methods (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.)

3.2 Pricing Changes

Prices may change due to:

  • Fuel surcharge
  • Currency fluctuation
  • Airline or hotel revision
  • Seasonal rate changes

You will be notified of any such changes.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

Cancellation charges apply as per the policy of:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Visa authorities
  • Tour operators

Vrutalaya Tourism service charges are non-refundable.

4.2 No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up for a tour/flight/hotel booking, 100% charges may apply.

4.3 Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, political issues, strikes, or events beyond control, refunds depend solely on supplier policies.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days, depending on:

  • Airline or hotel processing time
  • Bank processing time
  • Third-party provider timelines

Convenience fees, service fees, and taxes may be non-refundable.

6. Travel Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Valid passport with required validity
  • Correct visa type
  • Mandatory health certificates
  • Covid-related travel requirements
  • Travel insurance (if required)

Any refusal by immigration authorities is not Vrutalaya Tourism’s responsibility.

7. Tour Itinerary & Services

7.1 Itinerary Changes

Tour itineraries are subject to change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Local government rules
  • Traffic or unforeseen circumstances

7.2 Unused Services

No refund is provided for:

  • Missed sightseeing
  • Missed meals
  • Unused hotel nights
  • Partially unused packages

8. Limitations of Liability

Vrutalaya Tourism is not responsible for:

  • Delays or cancellations by airlines
  • Loss of baggage
  • Injury, theft, or personal loss
  • Visa rejection
  • Changes in government travel rules
  • Acts of nature or external factors

We act only as an intermediary between you and the service providers.

9. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

  • Provide correct information
  • Follow local laws during travel
  • Maintain respectful behavior
  • Arrive on time for tours and transfers

Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
