Your journey to New Zealand begins by applying for a New Zealand visa with Flamingo Travels. We have a simple and efficient New Zealand visa process for Indians. We manage all the details related to it, track the New Zealand visa processing time, and guide you on it step-by-step. 
 

• Please note that this is a general document list, so please provide physical documents that are appropriate as per your profile
• The application will be processed online through the New Zealand website. 
•   The visa questionnaire form is filled out by passengers individually with a sign. This form helps us fill out an online visa application.
• Passengers can provide all the documents by email (proper scan copy in PDF). The New Zealand visa for Indians does not require submitting your passport in person.
• Online visa forms are filled out by FTPL and given to passengers for checking. Once the passenger confirms all details and gives the go-ahead to process, then we will submit your visa file online.
•  Visa fee details are mentioned on the website, which is filled up online by FTPL while applying for a visa.
• A cover letter that explains the purpose of the visit has to be given by the passenger on their business letterhead, if any, or can be given on a formal letter with the main applicant's signature and designation stamp. A letter format is attached to this file for your reference.
• New Zealand visa processing takes 25–45  Working days. So we will update you once we get an update from New Zealand Immigration. Please be aware that the processing time will depend on your application and on Australian Immigration.
• The New Zealand visa is an E-visa and it will come in our email. We will notify you once the decision is received by FTPL• Once your New Zealand Visa is approved, you will get a digital copy that you can use to enter the country (no visa stamp needed).
•  Visa payment is required in advance before applying for your visa file, and we will provide you with an invoice copy as per your requirement. If you want to use your own name or company name.
• Visa issuance is the sole responsibility of the New Zealand Embassy. Flamingo is not responsible for any rejection/ refusal or delay in a visa
• Once your New Zealand Visa is approved, you will get a digital copy that you can use to enter the country (no visa stamp needed
